Multiplier is the most commonly used circuits in the microprocessor and digital signal processors. The demands for low-power VLSI systems are increasing rapidly. . The speed of multiply operation is of great importance in digital signal processing as well as in the general purpose processors. Now a days, there are an increasing number of portable applications requiring small area, low power and high throughput circuitry. With the explosive growth in laptops, portable personal communication systems (PCS‟s) and evolution of the shrinking technology & flexible circuits, the circuits with low power consumption become the major problem for the design of microprocessor and system components. The adders and multipliers are the basic elements to construct the ASIC applications. In this regard a full adder circuits is the most important one, since it forms the basic element in any digital designs. Full adder is the main block of power dissipation of multipliers. In this paper five different full adder circuits are compared using EDA Tanner(Evaluation Version), simulations are base on 180nm CMOS technology.

In the current scenario, web page result personalization is playing a vital role. Nearly 80 % of the users expect the best results in the first page itself without having any persistence to browse longer in URL mode. This research work focuses on two main themes: Semantic web search through online and Domain based search through offline. The first part is to find an effective method which allows grouping similar results together using BookShelf Data Structure and organizing the various clusters. The second one is focused on the academic domain based search through offline. This paper focuses on finding documents which are similar and how Vector space can be used to solve it. So more weightage is given for the principles and working methodology of similarity propagation. Cosine similarity measure is used for finding the relevancy among the documents. Keywords

Search engines are playing a vital role in retrieving relevant information for the web user. In this research work a user profile based web search is proposed. So the web user from different domain may receive different set of results. The main challenging work is to provide relevant results at the right level of reading difficulty. Estimating user expertise and re-ranking the results are the main aspects of this paper. The retrieved results are arranged in Bookshelf Data Structure for easy access. Better presentation of search results hence increases the usability of web search engines significantly in visual mode. Keywords

Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) is one of the most important technologies involved in the field of health care. Due to the great development in their applications WBAN has received a great attention in the field of physical condition, health check, entertainment services and the fields related to medical. WBAN is also as like the same process of Wireless Sensor Network. The WBAN technology is to arrange them in the medical system to swap wires with the help of sensor nodes entrenched into the patient’s body or placed in the region of the patient body. Not only it gives more consoles to the patient, but also the patient can get treatment in distance mode by the healthcare system. It is very useful to the aged citizens or people with any disability to offer medical talent at home or in any critical situation. WBAN has a huge area for scientists in recent years. In this paper, various existing approaches of WBAN were explained and discussed about the scope for further exploration in this medical field. The literature survey represents that the proposed architecture can be further adapted to plan more unswerving clarifications for WBAN systems. Keywords
